Lakewood, CA
Recorded at: Sam's garage
Produced by: Sam Rutigliano

Personnel:

Song List:

  1. They Have Souls, Too
  2. Shut Up And Drive
  3. Crackhead Larry

  5. Hyde
  6. What's Wrong With Women
  7. Lady Killers
  8. Lil' Sister

After years of nothing, the rebirth of Premonition has been renamed StoneBlue, with new bassist Mike McGarvey. This is some rough garage recordings Sam did with some pretty decent software on his computer. It's a mix of new material and the strongest of his old songs.

Hyde
Released: 2001 (CD)
Lakewood, CA
Recorded at: Kelsung Studios
Produced by: StoneBlue and Rowland Ebright
Engineered by: Rowland Ebright

Personnel:

Song List:

  1. Shut Up And Drive - [MP3]
  2. Hyde - [MP3]
  3. Lady Killers - [MP3]

This is a serious, album quality demo. My brother says it's the best thing I've ever recorded. Cool! Over the course of the next year, they refined into a completely new band, leaving almost all signs of Premonition behind.

Stagnant Water
Released: 2001 (CD)
Lakewood, CA
Recorded at: Kelsung Studios and The Garfield
Produced by: Sam Rutigliano
Engineered by: Sam Rutigliano and Rowland Ebright

Personnel:

Song List:

  1. Stagnant Water
  2. Peaches Easy
  3. Pissed Off [Live]

After recording a show live to a 4-track, we got a decent mix of one song down. Then Sam quickly did some sessions through the band's PA into his computer and put this package together in order to get out some newer material. Although a few mistakes stick out here and there, it's generally a really good demo.

After Steve's departure, they eventually replaced him with Turley and added DJ to the mix. We immediately started working on newer recordings, as well as finishing and updating older ones. The results (so far) are a bit varied, but generally really good and pretty close to album quality. I'm my own worst critic, but I'm still proud of what's here. Visit what used to be StoneBlue.org to check out excessive detail on the entire life of the band. They finally broke up in 2005 when Sam moved to Ohio. Mike joined S.m.F. and Turley formed Above Richter.
